Despite the fact that TradeStation doesn’t run on the Mac, I have really grown to love their platform for strategy backtesting and the incredible flexibility of being able to write Easy Language code to do just about anything… I am using it to do short-term trend following based on 10 Minute bars … For someone who likes applying technology, writing a bit of software, and loves trading … TradeStation is nirvana. .. more info to come.

Hi tollbooth -
I am running TradeStation 8.3 using Parallels Desktop with Windows XP as the guest OS. I have had no problems to speak of … works great.
Best.

Tha Apple Store said they do not officially support and/or deal with any problems encountered using the guest OS (XP) with parallel desktops. For a non-techie who would know how to fix issues? Thank you for your help

The best place to get help is on the Parallels forum site (http://forum.parallels.com/). Also, I have switched to using VMWare Fusion simply because I believe they have a longer operating history and more money behind their company (publicly traded). According to the last reviews I read Parallels is still better.
Best.
